Sourcing the parts
PhysiClaw’s X/Y motion is a hand-built CoreXY gantry you source as raw parts — there is no ready-made arm. Parts run roughly $145 USD (about ¥1046 in China; higher in USD/EU markets), spread across a long list, so the ordering workflow matters more than any single deal.
The full itemized BOM, the three buy / cut / print buckets, realistic cost, and the order to place things in so the slow parts arrive in parallel all live in the sourcing guide. The 9 custom parts go to a 3D-print service as STEP files.

Once the parts are in hand, Assembly puts them together; then flash the Firmware.
